HHS Prom Info Sheet 2018

May 18th, 2018   6PM-11PM

Mechanics Hall, 321 Main St, Worcester, MA

Tickets:

• Sold from April 9th - 13th, all lunches
• Seniors: $10
• Underclassmen/others: $80
• All Class dues must be paid to purchase prom ticket
• Out of School Guest Forms can be found in the HHS main office (blue form)
• Out of School Guests MUST be approved before we can sell a ticket (Forms are due to adminstration by 4/11)

Busses:

• All guests plan to arrive at the HHS parking lot at 4:30 pm
• All guests must ride the provided transportation to and from the venue

Senior Shirts are in!

See Mrs. CO in room 327 to signup for your senior t-shirt size.
T-shirts cost $5!

The last day to purchase a shirt is Friday, 5/12/17.

Prom 2017

This year's prom will be held at Lake Pearl in Wrentham, MA, on May 19th, from 6:30PM - 11:00 PM!

TRANSPORTATION:
     All Juniors and Seniors MUST ride the bus to and from prom.  Buses will depart promptly at
     5:30 PM.  Please gather in the HS parking lot at 5:00 for pictures and bus assignments.

Junior and out-of-school guest tickets are $70.
Ticket sales are 3/27 through 4-13

Class Shirts

Calling all artists:

We need a design for our senior class t-shirts!

All designs must be electronically submitted by email to Ms. Bowker or Mrs. Carig-O'Neill by Friday, 4/7.

Junior Scavenger Hunt

Happy to announce the Junior Scavenger Hunt!

April 8th, 2017
HHS Cafeteria

Start to get your teams together - think of fun, creative themes (costumes).

• Number of people on a team is limited to number of SEATBELTS in the car of the “team driver”.
• Each team needs two parents to tally team points at the school.
• Scavenger hunt teams will sign up by emailing Ms. Bowker or Mrs. Carig-O'Neill with their team name and all members by 3/31.

2017 Dodgeball Tournament

Happy to announce this year's Dodgeball Tourney!
This event is open to everyone at HHS, we hope to see everyone make a team with their friends and help us crown the next champ.

• When:
• March 16th(no school that Friday)
• Check-in: 2:30-3:00p.m.
• Tournament: 3:00-5:30p.m.
• Where:
• HHS Gym
• Cost:
• $10.00 per person
• Fees can be handed to an officer the week before
• Fees can be collected at check-in from 2:30-3:00
• Registration deadline:
• March 13th
• Teams: 
• 6-10 people
•  6 playing at a time, with option of 4 alternates (coaches, subs, etc...)
• How do I signup?:
• See a class officer with team roster and money
• Post in Facebook event!

Teams must pay to play!!

I hope everyone gets hyped for this event, last year was a huge success and this year can only get better!
This is a fundraiser for the Class of 2018

Senior Auction 2016 Cleanup! 

Monday, October 10th, 2:00pm

As Juniors, we are responsible for cleanup for this year's Senior Auction:

• Arrive at 2:00 in the HHS Gym!
• DO NOT WEAR NICE CLOTHING! 
• Wear something you'd be ok with getting dirty. 
• The more people that come, the less time it will take! 
• This will probably take a few hours, but if we get large numbers it should go quickly.
• If you are away and can't make it don't worry, just let one of us know!

All Captains from every sports team is aware that you will be here, so don't worry about missing practice!

Next year when we run the Auction, we won't have to worry about cleanup as the Juniors will take care of it for us.
